Auden student housing properties, owned by DMG Investments, have announced Coronavirus protocols that will be implemented across all properties effective immediately in an effort to protect its student communities from the pandemic.
Auden’s property portfolio includes Auden Upstate in Spartanburg, South Carolina and Auden Ithaca in Ithaca, New York. The measures being taken to prevent contact with the virus among residents include the following:
Increased disinfecting and cleaning of all common areas.
All resident events have been postponed into April.
All property tours for new residents have been moved to virtual conferencing and FaceTime.
Gyms and Yoga Rooms have temporarily been closed per CDC guidelines.
Consistent communication with residents regarding community updates and our emergency protocols.
Auden continues to monitor the pandemic closely and has stressed that the precautions being taken are still being assessed and proactively enhanced to increase protection for its residents. All Coronavirus measures will remain in place until further notice.
