For new residents who do not yet know other students they prefer to room with or are looking to build new friendships, the roommate matching service seeks to match residents according to similarities in lifestyle and habits. It begins with students completing a personal profile questionnaire that accounts for study habits, social habits and also similar interests and hobbies. The program matches roommates best according to similarities in their profile as well as floor plan preferences.
